The volleyball team plays UMKC tonight at 7 pm central. This will be an uphill battle with UMKC as they're currently undefeated in the conference and on a 14 game winning streak. UMKC had total control over the Cougars tonight in their volleyball matchup. The Cougars lost 7-25, 14-25, 15-25. They'll have a chance to redeem themselves on Sunday at UMKC. The box score for the game can be found here: box score

The women's soccer game just finished as well. The Cougars lose this game 0-3 against UVU. Stats for the game can be found here. The Cougars were out shot 36-1. Shots on goal 16-1. One thing you have to say about this team though is that they never give up and give 100% throughout. This is the youngest team in D1 soccer-- fielded with only freshmen. The Cougars have three games left on the year. As it stands right now, they only need to win one of the three, or tie all three, in order to advance to the WAC tournament. However, if Bakersfield beats UTPA tonight, which they're up 3-2 at the half, then the Cougars have to win two of their last three to have a chance.
